This portfolio features four recently completed residential properties located in the village of Felsted, Essex. The project’s goal was to deliver high-specification, contemporary family homes. All four properties were constructed simultaneously to maintain a consistent standard of quality and design throughout the development.

Each of the four homes is set on a generous plot, focusing on practical and ample exterior provisions. Key features include large driveways, each providing access to multiple enclosed garage spaces. In addition to the garage provision, all properties include a substantial allocation for outside parking. The design ensures that the properties are both visually cohesive and functionally self-contained within the village setting.

The interiors are designed around a spacious, open-plan living concept. The central living area integrates a kitchen, dining room, and lounge space. Additional distinct areas include a dedicated office space for flexible use. The homes feature multiple large bathrooms and comfort is managed via underfloor heating throughout. Finishes are completed to a high standard, incorporating bespoke kitchens, bifolding doors, advanced multi-zone heating systems, and natural light enhancements such as Velux skylight windows.
