This project transformed a dated three-bedroom bungalow with an outdoor pool into a stunning, feature-packed home. Our mission was to completely rebuild the property from the ground up, ensuring every detail was executed to the highest standard. The unutilized outdoor pool was reimagined, encased in an insulated brick shell to create a year-round indoor swimming area complete with a sauna and steam room.
The final home is a showcase of modern luxury and efficiency. It is equipped with advanced features such as underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and solar panels. For entertainment and convenience, the property also includes a double garage, a gymnasium, and a cinema room.
